Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $99.99 however there are many items we carry that are excluded from the minimum $99.99 order. Those items are marked in the description with * Free Shipping *. 

Do you price match?

We price match any authorized dealers price (online too). Please send an email to southernknifeguys@gmail.com with the details, screenshot and web address that shows the product item number and we will happily price match.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

The short answer. It depends. We bring in products from overseas and can take anywhere between 5 to 21 days until you receive the product. Some products are handmade and may take even longer depending on the manufacture. We strive to bring you the highest quality products as quickly as we are able.

What is the return policy?

We take great pride in carrying the best products on the market today, yet sometimes when a product is delivered, it is not what you had in mind when you ordered it. Cutlery, in particular, is a matter of "feel" and for this reason we are very lenient with returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your unused items for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund. We will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied.

Please note, if there are no product defects or errors and you simply do not want the item that you ordered, then the amount Sharpe Haus spent shipping your item(s) will not be refunded.

Within 60 days from the date of purchase, you can return any unused items with their original packaging. After 60 days, please give us a call at 470-239-0153  or send an email to southernknifeguys@gmail.com . Your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will always work with customers to ensure their needs are met.
